With more than 30 years of food service directorial experience for numerous companies and healthcare facilities throughout the United States, Carol Sherman is one of the most respected and experienced professionals in the foodservice industry. While Senior Director for one of the first and largest integrated healthcare networks, Carol was responsible for an approximate $30 million budget, securing $15 million in revenues, for a total of 2,400 beds serving 18,000 meals per day. She was the first to include Culinary-trained Chefs on her team adding a new dimension to hospital food. As principal for CS Services, she now offers her wide ranging expertise to render assistance to corporate and healthcare executives with facility concepts, staff management, supply chain initiatives, physical plant renovations, operational and food safety, security, quality issues and compliance, disaster preparedness, budget preparation and adherence, revenue and service expansion, departmental goals and objectives.
